Community Forum

Why It Exists
Lebanese-Canadians are spread across a huge country. Not everyone has a Lebanese neighbour, friend, or local community center. The forum fills that gap by offering:

  • a sense of belonging

  • a place to be heard

  • a crowd you can always talk to

  • a corner of the internet that feels like home

It is the digital version of sitting at a family table, asking a question, and getting answers from uncles, cousins, neighbours, and friends who all understand where you come from.
What the Forum Is For
This is the space for everything that does not fall into the other sections of the website. It is intentionally flexible so that people can talk about whatever matters to them.
Here, you can:

  • Ask for recommendations about anything in Canada

  • Share your personal experiences or cultural reflections

  • Ask community members for help with daily challenges

  • Start discussions about life, identity, or belonging

  • Seek advice from people who have been in your shoes

  • Share tips and tricks about living in different cities

  • Connect with Lebanese-Canadians outside your province

  • Post funny stories, memories, or questions we can all enjoy

  • Talk about Lebanese traditions in a casual, non-political way

  • Start a conversation just to meet new people

Whether you are dealing with your first Canadian snowstorm, trying to find good zaatar in your province, searching for a dentist who speaks Arabic, or simply wanting to share a childhood memory about Eid or a village tradition, this is the place to do it.
Who It Is For
This forum is open to:

  • Lebanese families who have been in Canada for decades

  • Newcomers who just arrived and have questions

  • Students living away from home

  • Professionals exploring new cities

  • Lebanese moms, entrepreneurs, seniors, and youth

  • Canadian friends who love Lebanese culture and want to connect

If you feel connected to Lebanon in any way, this space is yours.
The Spirit of the Forum
Respectful. Helpful. Warm.
No politics, no drama, no negativity.
Just people supporting people, the way Lebanese communities always do.
The Goal
To create a place where the Lebanese-Canadian community can talk, learn, help, laugh, and grow together, no matter where they live in this giant country.
