JNF Holdings Ltd. hosted a Christmas celebration that truly felt like home. Bringing together teams from Ben & Florentine and Crumbl, the evening was full of good vibes, great food, music, and genuine human connection. It was less about formality and more about people, which is exactly what JNF stands for.

From the start, the energy was on point. Music played all night 🎶🎉, setting a fun and relaxed tone where conversations flowed easily, and laughter filled the room. Employees were personally welcomed by CEO Nassim Kaadou and his wife, Marie-Reine. That personal touch made a difference. JNF is a family business after all, and it showed. Everyone felt comfortable, seen, and appreciated the moment they walked in.

The crowd itself told a story. Some people came with their kids, spouses, or partners. Others came solo, and many showed up as groups of coworkers who have become real friends. No matter how people arrived, everyone fit right in. The room was proudly multi-ethnic and multilingual 🌍🤝, reflecting the real diversity of the JNF family and the communities it serves.

One of the most meaningful parts of the night was the open-door spirit. Even former employees, including those who had moved on or had been let go, were welcomed. The message was simple and mature. And then there was the food 🍽️. Absolute chaos in the best way. The spread featured flavours from across the JNF restaurant family. Pizza Delight brought out a full lineup of pizzas. Villa Madina served shawarma and falafel that disappeared fast. Thai Express delivered its signature noodles, Mucho Burrito added bold Mexican flavors, and Crumbl cookies sealed the deal 🍪. No one left hungry.

Adding an extra layer of heart to the evening, Lina, General Manager and occasional chef, prepared several homemade dishes. Her Riz ‘a Dajaj stood out and quickly became a crowd favourite. It felt personal, comforting, and perfectly on theme for a family-style celebration. Of course, the culinary art of Crumbl’s GM, Youssef, did not go unnoticed.

The night also made room for recognition. After a short and sincere remark from COO Jean-Paul Kaadou, awards were handed out 🏆. Jean-Paul presented the Crumbl award, while Lina recognized contributions to Ben & Florentine. It felt genuine, relaxed, and well-earned.
